Course Description

Promulgated Contract Forms, which shall include, but is not limited to, unauthorized practice of law, broker-lawyer committee, current promulgated and approved forms, commission rules governing use of forms and case studies involving use of forms. Prerequisite / Concurrent Enrollment: RELE 1011

This course will be delivered in a HYBRID format, which includes a mix of regularly scheduled face-to-face class meetings and online instructional activity.
