Course Description

Course will evaluate students' current knowledge/ability to successfully complete the basic Sales contract and commonly used addenda. An intro quiz will gauge current knowledge level followed by a detailed paragraph review of the sales contract and commonly used addenda. Importance of the executed date and how to determine will be stressed along with common contract mistakes; attempt several scenarios as an exercise and review completed documents.
