Are we creating space every day for our heart to acknowledge its innate intelligence?  Often times we are wrapped up in worries, fears, and anxiety in our mind.  I know I catch myself there!  Yet we are so much bigger than our thoughts, emotions, even our physical body.  We have a body filled with guidance and unconditional love, of which the heart is a central part. A calm center ready to guide our every thought and action.

Join us for a heart-ful exploration concluding with an easy heart-opening meditation.
