Course Description

This course will introduce students to the concept of real estate consulting. Consulting will be compared to transactional brokerage, and students will learn why clients hire consultants.  Pricing and payment structures will be outlined with all participants being mindful of antitrust concerns.  Students will explore various consulting opportunities that they may have when serving sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants.
