Constitutional Convention

Join us as we look at the background and beginnings of the events leading to the Convention after the Revolution.  We will discuss the Virginia Plan, Compromise, and Building the Constitution along with content, ratification, and amendments.

Richard Cudlipp is a graduate of the Naval Academy and a twenty-year veteran of the Air Force.  An engineer and a history buff, he previously taught at De Vry University and Richland College.  Richard has been teaching SAIL for over 14 years.
