Reading of the USA Governance Documents

This civics enrichment class provides a reading of two U.S. governance documents.  As a class, we will read the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution and identify the dates and authors. Some open discussion will be allowed, but not a debate on the efficacy of the documents.

Darrell Simmerman is a lover of history and music.  He has a Masters Degree from Purdue University and has taught at many levels of education, public and private.  Darrell coached sports at levels from the 3rd grade through high school and is involved in several writing classes with some publication.  Darrell has taught SAIL classes for over 10 semesters.
