Discover how the Apple Watch supports health, communication, and daily organization.  This introduction covers setup, navigation, fitness tracking, notifications, and safety features while offering a clear roadmap for maximizing everyday benefits.

Daphne Lee teaches professionals and individuals how to use technology – mobile devices, smartphones, computers, and peripherals.  Her students are all “mature” adults.  In addition to Microsoft networking certifications, she holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design degree from Boise State University and her goal is to increase individual performance through the effective use of technology. Daphne and her husband have been in the Dallas area for 25 years and have two beautiful Golden Retrievers.
