Estate Planning -  The Basics; Estate Planning Next Steps (ONLINE)

Take your estate planning to the next level.  This course offers a practical review of essential estate planning tools and explores important next steps once the basics are in place.  Learn about charitable giving options, strategies for building and preserving generational wealth, and key estate tax considerations.  We’ll also discuss ways to make your estate more organized and manageable for your loved ones.

Candace Vogt graduated from Auburn University and Vanderbilt University, School of Law.  She has practiced and is licensed in both Alabama and Texas.   She also taught law school in Alabama for three years as an Assistant Professor, concentrating in Estate Planning, Estate Tax, Real Estate and Elder Law.  She has been a partner with a major Alabama law firm and is now a partner at Vogt Duff Law Group in McKinney.  She practices mainly in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and small business management.
