MST 04SU26 – Quieting the Self

On a good day we feel like fresh air and blue skies – invigorated, alive, open to possibilities.  Normal ups and downs seem easy to navigate even when, underneath, there exists a cycle of pervading thoughts like the clang and clutter of a New York street!  Sometimes we hang onto old worn-out thoughts, grievances, and beliefs that can bring us down especially if we’re already experiencing discomforts physically, mentally or with our feelings.  Learning to quiet the mind is a big step toward letting go and feeling relief.  We discover a haven of peace that has been there all along.  You might be surprised at how quickly you can shift!  This gathering will be light, fun and interactive.
