DISC 03SU26 – Agatha Christie’s Two Sleuths

 For some light summer reading, let’s discuss the two books where Agatha Christie introduced her most famous detectives.  In 1920 her book, The Mysterious Affair at Styles introduced Hercule Poirot.  In 1930, she introduced Jane Marple in the book Murder at the Vicarage.  Please read the Poirot book for the first class and the Marple book for the second class.

Margo Hicks has seventeen years of experience teaching English in public schools.  She has a BA and a MEd degree.  Margo also worked in the business world with oil and gas insurance for fifteen years and has a CPCU designation.  Retirement has brought time for reading, gardening, a dog, two cats and volunteering in education.
