Course Description

Examples of small vocal ensembles may include but are not limited to glee club, madrigals, opera/musical theater, commercial, and folk. Additionally, this is a study of opera through performances of scenes and full productions. Emphasis is placed on the musical and dramatic qualities of performance, preparation of character, and aspects of language diction from the selected production. Lab required.
