EMSP 1019 - Blended format: Delivered with some online work and in-class activities.
  • DAY 1 - Zoom orientation will begin at the scheduled time. The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you. You can also find the link in your Canvas course. This class meeting is virtual and usually takes 30-45 minutes. Students will receive their online course key after attending the call.
  • DAY 2 - 6 - Most instructional activities will be conducted online, with one required face-to-face classroom meeting for the BLS (basic life support) skills evaluation. This is at your own pace. Your instructor is available to answer questions via email.
  • LAST DAY - Live in-person skills evaluation with your Instructor during the scheduled time. Students will attend class for approximately 1 - 2 hours to complete this format of the course. Please be sure to bring your BLS Heartcode course completion certificate with you to the skills evaluation.
Course completion cards will be emailed within 48 hours of course completion.
