Course Description

Major concepts, theories, and their applications to prepare for the Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification Exam or the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification Exam.

Note: This course specifically prepares students for the SHRM-CP® and the SHRM-SCP® certification exams. This course focuses on the core set of competencies and knowledge outlined in the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge.

Notes

The SHRM Certification Prep System is offered as study material for the SHRM Certification Prep+ course. This course is not a substitute for the certification examination. Participants who wish to take the examination must apply through a separate application form. Information on the certification exam will be distributed in class with the SHRM Certification Prep System.
