Course Description

The Cosmetology Exam Prep course is designed to equip cosmetology students with the knowledge, practical skills, and test-taking strategies needed to successfully pass both the written and practical licensing exams administered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The curriculum mirrors the content outline used by PSI/TDLR and focuses on the essential topics, techniques, and regulations you must master to become a licensed cosmetology professional in Texas. Prerequisite: Successful completion of 1,000 contact hours in a TDLR cosmetology course.
