Course Description

The Precision Haircutting course is designed for licensed Cosmetologists and Barbers who want to refine their technical cutting skills and master the art of clean, accurate, and balanced haircuts. This course focuses on building confidence in cutting with purpose and control, emphasizing geometry, sectioning, elevation, and the principles of precision techniques.
Through hands-on training, students will learn to execute classic and contemporary shapes with accuracy, using techniques that enhance texture, movement, and symmetry. Instruction includes the use of cutting tools such as shears, razors, and clippers, along with client consultation, body positioning, and finishing methods for professional results. Prerequisite: Active TDLR license in Cosmetology or Barbering.
